What we offer
We offer online plans ranging from 12 weeks to 12 months, available through direct debit or a one-off payment. Our plans are fully customizable to align with your specific goals. Whatever your objective, we will design a program tailored to your needs.
Once you have selected your preferred program, we will arrange a phone or video call to discuss your current fitness levels and goals. If you are uncertain about which program best suits you, we are happy to schedule a consultation for a fee of £20 per hour. Should you proceed with a program following the consultation, the £20 fee will be refunded or deducted from the total cost of the plan.

Running Training Program
Our running program is designed to meet you where you are and help you reach your specific fitness goals, whether you're aiming to improve endurance, speed, or overall performance. The training includes three key components, each tailored to suit your individual needs:
