Terms & Conditions for Endure Fitness

1. Our Service to You

  • Your PT will design and deliver a safe, effective, and personalised exercise programme tailored to your goals, fitness level, and preferences.

  • Coaching may include training sessions, exercise plans, nutritional guidance, and ongoing accountability.

  • For in-person training, Endure Fitness will provide necessary equipment and organise suitable venues.

  • For online coaching, programmes will be delivered via agreed platforms (e.g. app, email, video call, or messaging), with regular check-ins to monitor progress.

  • All personal information will be treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law or for medical safety.

2. Your Responsibilities as a Client

  • Complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) before beginning training. A GP’s clearance may be required.

  • Commit to your programme, attend scheduled sessions/check-ins, and engage fully with the coaching process.

  • Arrive 5 minutes early for in-person sessions.

  • Wear appropriate clothing and footwear, and bring water/nutrition as required.

  • For online coaching: ensure you have a safe training environment, appropriate equipment (if needed), and a reliable internet connection.

  • Notify your PT of any changes in health, medication, or lifestyle that may affect training.

3. Fees & Payments

  • Fees are charged at the rates in place at the time of booking.

  • Single sessions: payable at the end of the session.

  • Block bookings (in-person): payable in advance. Sessions must be used within 12 weeks of purchase.

  • Online coaching packages: payable monthly in advance, by recurring payment unless otherwise agreed.

  • Unused sessions or weeks within online coaching packages cannot be carried forward.

  • Payment is by bank transfer (details provided at booking) or other agreed methods.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

In-person sessions:

  • Client cancellation with more than 24 hours’ notice: no charge.

  • Client cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice:

    • If rescheduled within the same week → no charge.

    • If not rescheduled → session is forfeited.

  • PT cancellation: session will be rescheduled.

Online coaching:

  • Monthly coaching is billed in full at the start of the billing period.

  • No refunds or credits are given for missed check-ins, late updates, or non-engagement by the Client.

  • If the PT cannot deliver coaching for any reason, time will be credited or an alternative arrangement offered.

5. Refunds

  • Prepaid in-person blocks may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

  • Refunds after this period are only available if the Client cannot continue for medical reasons, supported by a doctor’s note.

  • Online coaching fees are non-refundable once the coaching period has started.

  • If a PT leaves Endure Fitness, a suitably qualified replacement will be allocated. Refunds will not be issued in this case.

6. Late Arrivals (In-person only)

  • PTs will wait up to 20 minutes from the agreed start time. After this, the session will be forfeited.

  • If the Client arrives late, only the remaining time will be delivered. Sessions are not extended.

  • If the PT arrives late by more than 10 minutes, the Client will be offered either a full session from arrival time or credited additional time.

7. Health & Liability

  • By signing, the Client confirms they have completed a PAR-Q and disclosed all relevant health information.

  • The Client understands that exercise carries risk and accepts responsibility for their own health and participation.

  • For online coaching, the Client accepts full responsibility for ensuring their training environment is safe and suitable.

  • Endure Fitness, its PTs, and associates are not liable for injury, loss, or damage sustained during training, except where negligence is proven.
